Air conditioning and/or heating: they only work with the windows closed.

Elevator: it is necessary to approach the e-card to the reader and press the desired destination, do not stay near the two doors.

Car: never leave it in the square and in the public car parks on Wednesday evening (there is a market on Thursday). Contact the reception for alternative private parking in Via Paradiso, 6.

Bar: Villa Abbazia's café is available to our guests. Also, an Honesty bar is available in the lobby; if you use this service, please write down the chosen drinks on the appropriate sheet and deposit it at the reception desk.

Bicycles: e-bike mountain and Vespa motorbikes are available in the village shop.

Dogs: they are allowed subject to notice. Supplement of €20.00 per day; they cannot access the common rooms.

Safe: the hotel management responds to customer objects only within the limits provided by the rules in force in Italy. For specific needs, a safe is available at the reception.
