like a flower than a vegetable and is prepared in many restaurant of the
area like in the restaurant "La Corte" across the street run from the
same family and which offers a refined cuisine served in elegant surroundings.
Inspired by the centuries old tradition of the Veneto kitchen, our varied
and personal menu features the best recipes of the Veneto tradition :
from the exquisite radicchio risotto, to white asparagus tagliatelle,
to infinite dishes of local mushrooms. All the produce used is cultivated
according to organic methods and our meats are acquired from local farmers
who adhere to the highest standards of animal husbandry. Our wine list
is designed to introduce our guests to the award wining, high quality
of wines, both red and white, from the regions of the Veneto, Friuli and
Trentino Alto Adige, This is complemented by a wide selection of Prosecco,
