UTO UGHI AND THE FILARMONICI ORCHESTRA OF ROME

Music, places and relax. The very natural frame of the Altamarca of Treviso, together with the taste of food and the pleasure of music, will be offered in a style of rare elegance at the last friday of october  for an important cultural and social rendez-vous.

Thanks to the important contribute of Villa Abbazia Relais & Chateaux  the rendez-vous renews its appointment for the concert of the Filarmonici di Roma, with the partecipation of Uto Ughi. The soirée is on 29th October   2010 at 9.00 p.m. in the splendid landscape of the S. Maria Abbey in Follina, an antique Cistercian building of XII century.

We have the pleasure to offer the opportunity to be present at the concert, to visit the real treasures of the zone and the food-and-taste food of the cuisine of Treviso.

On  October 29th 2010   evening, you could be present at a unique event, listening to pieces of music masterfully played by this prestigeous musical group and to appreciate the great Uto Ughi who will play pieces by Mozart, Bach and the symphony n.49 by J.Haydn. 

Uto Ughi is nowadays considered one of the greatest violinists and the real heir of the first and great Italian violin schools. He will play a Guarnieri del Gesù dated 1744, which is one of the best existent violin for its warm sound and dark timber and a Stradivari dated 1701 and called "Kreutzer" for its owner's name.
